Residential Sale, Remortgage & Purchase: Solicitors Professional Costs is £400 plus VAT excluding disbursements.

Commercial Sale, Remortgage & Purchase: Solicitors Professional Costs is £950 plus VAT excluding disbursements.

Immigration: Work Permits £750 plus VAT excluding home office fee other private immigration works depends on the case type and will vary from £400 to £850 plus VAT.

Civil Litigation: Our rate is £150 per hour for a qualified solicitor, £200 per hour for a Partner. Rates subject to change to a lower or higher rate by agreement or negotiation and confirmed in writing by Solicitor to client.

Wills and Probate: Simple Will £150 plus VAT , Joint Will Husband and Wife £250 plus VAT.

Complicated Wills including Trusts for Children £350 plus Vat, Husband and Wife £450 plus VAT.

Conducting a Probate of an Estate: Rates depend on the size of the estate,

Estates of value:-

£150,000 or less £150 plus VAT per hour
£150,000 - £500,000 - £200 plus VAT per hour
£500,000 and above - £250 plus VAT per hour

Rates above may be subject to change depending on urgency and complexity but any changes will be negotiated and agreed with the client and confirmed in writing. Alternatively, we may offer our services on a per centage basis of the gross estate at a rate to be agreed with the client.
